At Winmau, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality darts equipment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Winmau account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all darts, boards, or accessories are in their original packaging and unused condition, then securely pack them with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our central distribution center using the return address provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
